1.Product introduction

Oil burner refers to the burner in liquid state. Liquid fuels include light diesel oil, heavy oil, residue oil, biomass fuel, alcohol based fuel and chemical combustible waste liquid, etc. According to the different viscosity of fuel, the burner adopts pressure atomization and medium atomization respectively, so that the fuel can achieve the best atomization effect and realize the ideal combustion. The products are widely used in industrial boilers, industrial kilns, desulfurization and denitrification flue direct combustion furnace and other hot furnaces.

2.Technical characteristics

• PLC+ touch screen control system, the touch screen can display working conditions, fault alarm, memory query and manual visual operation and other man-machine dialogue.
• Equipped with electronic proportional control mode, can realize the full load air-fuel ratio matching reasonable.
• The control program is set up for furnace front purge and back purge. Set up air pressure, fuel pressure, flame monitoring and other multiple safety protection.
•PLC control system can communicate with the central control host computer, accept the instructions of the host computer heavy oil burner configuration to understand the heat and temperature controller and set the low temperature safety interlock, to ensure the combustion effect.
