Technology introduction

As light, environmental building materials, gypsum board is more and more welcome by the market. In particular, the utilization of desulphurized gypsum, phosphogypsum and other industrial wastes into treasure has significant economic and social benefits. Most of the gypsum board lines in early China are used in heat transfer oil heat transfer process, due to the existence of high energy consumption, oil needs to be replaced regularly, maintenance cycle is short, low open probability defects. In recent years, some big manufacturers have adopted gas-gas heat exchange heating system, and achieved good results.
